The Range Quality Policy
Range Steel is totally committed to improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System & achieving the highest levels of quality in all of the materials that we supply in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements and in the service we provide. If we are to succeed, this objective must also be shared by all our
employees.
In addition to strict adherence to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000. through these procedures, we need to continually develop and maintain the right attitude towards high quality achievement throughout the company. Our Customers judge us by our materials and service and therefore we must be totally committed to the development, implementation and improvement of the Management systems and our review of Quality Objectives.
This will be done by measuring our performance as perceived by our customers through regular contact and interaction with them and by continually upgrading our performance in response to the information attained and recorded during these liaison sessions, together with the continual training of our employees as deemed necessary by the Directors and members of the management team.
